Thomas E. Lach,
co-founder and Chairman
Mr. Lach has served as the President and CEO of the Company since its inception. Since co-founding Deca-Medics, Mr. Lach has raised over $2,500,000 to develop the LifeBelt® concept, is a co-patent holder of five US Patents. Mr. Lach is the Co-Principle Investigator in the companies NIH Phase 2 Grant and has assisted in numerous animal studies in labs in the US and abroad. In 2010, Lach was a Semi-Finalist for the TechColumbus Innovation Awards for Inventor of the Year. Mr. Lach also is also the President and CEO of the Legends of Baseball, Inc. and sits on the non-profit Board, Friends of Doubleday Boards. Mr. Lach was a three time All-American Polo player and earned a BS in Business-Marketing from Skidmore College and is also graduate of Culver Military Academy. thom.lach@deca-medics.com

Rebecca T. Huffman,
Vice President of Business Development
Ms. Huffman has spent the last 19 years in the Biotech industry where she excelled in various roles from sales, sales management, business analyst and business development. Such diverse positions has afforded her unique experience in multiple aspects of the business where she has further honed her communications skills, developed reputable relationships with key medical leaders, and successfully launched new product therapies with Celgene, Anesta, Unimed and Rhone-Poulenc Rorer. In her more recent role as Corporate Analyst, she has used her instinctive business acumen to lead cross-functional teams in key initiatives to improve commercial processes, sales force performance, sales trend analysis, profit amplification, ROI strategies, national advisory boards, vendor negotiations, competitive intelligence and market research. Rebecca brings a distinct blend of sales, financial and market analytics to DMI. Kenneth J. Dupre
Director
Kenneth J. Dupre is an Equity Analyst for Muhlenkamp & Company, Inc. Mr. Dupre also serves as Managing Partner of Chalk L Partnership, an investment partnership, and Co-Managing Partner of Dupre Enterprises, a leasing company, both located in Champion, PA.
In addition to serving on the Board of Directors of Deca-Medics Inc., Mr. Dupre has also served on the Board of Directors for Applied Concepts Inc., a start-up hand tool company that was bought by Emerson Electric in 1994. Mr. Dupre received a dual Bachelor of Science in Economics and Industrial Administration from Carnegie Mellon University in 1989. He also received a Masters in Computational Finance from Carnegie Mellon in 1996 and is a Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA).
Arthur W. Handshy
Director, Secretary
Mr. Handshy has served as a Director and Secretary of Deca-Medics since March of 1994. Mr. Handshy is the President and CEO of a privately held contract manufacturing company, Vicart Industries. Prior to Vicart Industries, Mr. Handshy was the President and COO of a $500 million Lazarus Department Stores. Mr. Handshy has a Bachelor of Science, Mechanical Engineering from the Missouri School of Mines and Metallurgy and an MBA in Finance from St. Louis University.

Ralph D. Lach, MD, FACC
Ralph D. Lach, MD, co-founder, was the Vice President of Medical Research until personal health issues limited his ability to participate. Dr. Lach founded and served as CEO of the Columbus Cardiology Clinic for 35 years. Dr. Lach is best known for performing the first balloon, angioplasty in the Midwest in 1979 and was the 6th doctor in the US to use this technique. Dr. Lach has been appointed as a Consultant in Cardiology to the United States Federal Air Surgeon. Dr. Lach received his undergraduate degree from John Carroll University and his medical degree from the Ohio State University School of Medicine in 1959.
